An interview with a Spiritual Healer – Learn how to Heal Yourself
Learn how to Heal Yourself with Sujon Datta, a Spiritual Healer and a relative of the father of yoga and meditation, Paramahansa Yogananda.
Have you ever thought about alternative methods for physical and emotional healing?
I have learned through many of my spiritual teachers that the journey of healing always begins and ends within ourselves.
One of those teachers who has influenced me and thousands of others is a spiritual healer named Sujon Datta from Los Angeles, California.
recently had a session with him that indeed shifted my state of being – into being more intuitive, trusting, peaceful and genuinely happy.
Sujon is the Great-Grandnephew of the spiritual healer Paramahansa Yogananda, the Father of Yoga in the West and is noted as being influential in the lives of Elvis Presley, George Harrison, Madonna and Jennifer Lopez.
He is related to the Master’s eldest sister, Roma. Yogananda wrote the perennial bestseller, “Autobiography of a Yogi,” and founded Self-Realization Fellowship.
After my session, I decided to interview him so I could share with you the wisdom that he has acquired after years of training. Here are some highlights from our conversation:
- Our expectations on what should happen and shouldn’t happen in our lives creates a lot of unnecessary unhappiness.
- We set false boundaries in our lives that stifle us and are all based on stories we create or on what is considered normal in our society.
- Acknowledging what’s working in your life and what isn’t working, then asking yourself why you’re still working at what you know isn’t working anymore – or perhaps never did.
- How lack of self-worth and thinking that you’re not good enough effects our lives. Sujon stated that 95% of the clients he heals discover that this is a major problem and blockage of energy in their lives.
- Pausing enough in our lives to identify patterns that aren’t serving us any longer.
- How over-serving others and under-serving ourselves creates resentments and unhappiness.

Hello and welcome to the all inclusive lifestyle show I’ve got a special guest here today. He’s a spiritual healer and can teach us how to heal ourselves. You know we always talk about cultivating energy. But what about restoring balance. I have someone today that has been dedicating his life to teaching people balance to teach people how that they can heal themselves and get to the state that I really think that we’re all interested in getting to stay there for as long as we can to see Serenity its peacefulness the content is that everything is OK. I think that’s really where we want to be and this person is teaching myself and also teaching thousands of other people how they can get into that space was name is Sujon Data a good friend of mine and a spiritual healer. I think there’s three questions I can ask you here today that would answer all questions and the first one is that we can get a real feeling of who you are and what is important to you. What do you do for fun.
I do a lot of fun. I’m very creative. So for me what’s truly fun is going to the beach chilling out become one with the ocean. I’m really into this thing as you just told me. And go into the ocean just gives me this surrender this peace. I go out there and I’m right. Whether it’s for fun. I like to write music I write like poetry. And also of course I’m writing a book right now. But that to me is a lot of fun and actually playing with my friends if I can say it like me being amongst people you should my friends who get along and love that a lot it helps me just be enjoy.
So what is it about the beach that gets you into that state where you can write. I’m
a writer as well so you know I know how difficult it is to get into that state stay in that state. And you know when we’re writing a book is this pressure on us you know pressure to perform it. And why does the ocean and the beach you know get you into that state of mind.
Well I want I want to talk about one thing that you just said pressure the pressure that we place on ourselves is our own passion and that’s because we’re trying to no expectations that we think that people outside us have on us. Right. That pressure is really our own ego going off trying to be this perfect person. This means expectations of what my book should be doing and how it’s going to affect all of you. You know the reality is we can’t get rid of that thought. And what the ocean does is when we’re out there it’s just holy Saturday I live in Los Angeles as as you know and from two hours only part of the reason why there is because it’s the hub of spirituality creativity.
It gives you permission to really be you.
And when you become one with the ocean. It’s like anything is possible. You know. And so and then when the sun is out I mean the sun is the most powerful star if you will. It provides so much and it’s what keeps us alive. Right. So when I have the the sun and the water being you know the diamonds that are created by the sun and the waves and special feeling for me and I feel I sit on the sand and feel around it.
So I feel like I can become one with that beach that you find in today’s age that a lot of people are missing you know that connection with nature which you know not all of us are from sunny Los Angeles California some of us are up here and we don’t know what it is right now. This is a hot cold Toronto. But do you find that a lot of people are really missing getting out and connecting with nature and being sort of holed up in a house or in an office and missing out on.
Yes absolutely. I think most people the majority of people I mean that doing sessions here in Toronto for a while now but I’m here for the next couple months. What I find is people are really caught up in this hamster wheel. They’re so they’ve got to do list. They’ve got to go to their job. 95 96 with the command. And then the kids or whatever the pattern is I don’t want to like shoe box. But really people are living by a certain boundary and saying that this is the cycle and this is life and what happens when that you know when you’re doing the same monotony.
So it’s interesting when you set boundaries that’s a trigger word. Right. And breaking boundaries. You know I just got excited when you said that you wanted to you know give myself permission to open that office door or my house store and go out there and go for a walk in and connect.
Right. It’s really about busting your comfort zone. It’s really about reflecting and contemplating what you truly want. You know when we did our session I am trying to guide you to really think outside the box. And think beyond what you’re consciously thinking going to the self-conscious mind. We’re all that stuff is and really try to expand our awareness. Healing is just about awareness. What patterns might do me what patterns. Well one of the behaviors is the world of cause and effect. Right. So it all signs of thought and action. What actions are you taking today that are creating the effects of your life.
If I may just say that’s exactly what happened to me today when we were in our session is the pause button. You know you ask the right questions. And you brought me to another state of awareness and I see there still and yeah that that was it really broke that Potter right that cycle that that I was in because I get wound up just like everybody else. Just so many things going on in our solar system we’re trying to control you know all of those things and keep them into orbit. And I just find go faster and faster like the hamster wheel you’re talking about. Right. So what you really did for me is you ask the really profound questions and you know I don’t look bad in front of you. So I had to put some thought into it and it really put the brakes on.
For me it was just an amazing experience and that’s my hope is that you really contemplate reflect on what you want because the reality is is that we’re so busy following other people’s advice what our society wants. So you know we’re trained by the system to think only a certain way and. We’re so. Addicted. It’s the best word. To pleasing others. Putting ourselves last I mean in Toronto for instance the joke is on Torontonians. So I’m allowed to. We’re too busy saying I’m sorry we’re too busy apologizing for who we are on our water and our air because it’s too selfish.
Yes. Well you know something that came out from my session that it was really profound for me and I’m sure I’m going to be thinking about it for you know days or weeks or months. You know as it all unravels for me because you’ve really opened that Pandora’s box was I’m not good enough and I should said you know do a lot of people you know come to you with that kind of a problem. And he said yeah that’s very common.
It’s 95 percent or more of my clients to be on.
And you can imagine if you feel that way the pressure is going to be so immense that you’re going to have to match that with your own intensity. Sure. And that’s when your world just starts. Evolving so quickly spinning out of control. And that’s what I realized with my life you know what I mean at this point in time. Possibly reflecting just in your session that that’s sort of what was happening for me and I and I said you said See John this was overdue for me. I really needed to pause to break. Full stop. Take a look around. Yeah you know. You know we don’t have roses here yet but we’re getting there it’s getting a little warmer but you know the smell the roses.
Yeah. I mean I may have said this earlier to you which is in music there are arrest.
Can you imagine a piece of music just going off and the sound again.
Oh my God.
So no there’s no breaks there’s no creativity it’s just one sound. Right. But when you when you’re creative when you really look at the beauty of what you’re trying to create those pauses come into effect. And so it like to take some pauses to really see what we’re doing. You can smell the roses but you kind of feel about where you are.
Pat he is really in line with where you are headed. Are the things that you’re doing really working if they’re not working why do them.
You know we keep doing the same thing again to virtual places or doing the same thing over and over and over again when we forget why we’re doing it and sometimes it doesn’t work anymore. So why are you doing them.
Right well that was the other thing that came up was you asked quite simply what’s working what’s not working and if it’s not working then why are you still working on it. And there’s that habitual that is the addiction that the pattern of behavior that us human beings are pretty much born innately with or we develop and it serves us too. There are certain things certain disciplines want to have a pattern with we wanted the individual with like morning meditation is something that I hold dear and it’s something that feels unhealthy habits so that’s about it. I want to keep right but of course these other patterns which are more fear driven that I would love to get rid of and that’s really what you were doing with me. You had some really interesting techniques and. Yeah. Yeah. I know I’m not going to give it all away. Here’s the second question. What are you famous for. Is it as a spiritual healer?
Wow that’s a loaded question because I don’t do what I do for fame. He. I’m doing it because I am. I guess the famous part for people who believe in that. That I’m going to the father of yoga who brought yoga 1920 about yoga and meditation. And his name Paramahansa Yogananda, a spiritual healer. You wrote a famous book on the line the famous autobiography Yogi which all top self-help gurus I’ve read.
I just want to let all of our viewers know that there is an amazing documentary right now on Netflix. The bio biography of a Yogi I believe it’s called Awake. Yeah. OK. OK. Documentary of a yo. OK. Yes that’s right. So check out on Netflix. I watched it. It was just incredible. If I could just give you my interpretation. I know that this is your great uncle. Correct. And I’m talking about here but as I understand it he was with his mentor another yogi in India. Right. OK. And they received the message that you all went on to come to America and you needed to spread the message of the spiritual healer. And he was chosen. He did not want to go as I understand at all. Hold on a second. This is in the early 90s. Hundreds. OK. So if you can imagine you know really 19:00 in America this person from India coming or coming from India over time out of Arka. It’s it’s yeah it just doesn’t really fit all that well but for some reason I think I know why it’s because you know he really was divine in the sense that he was here on a divine mission with a divine message and they heard the Americans actually you know brought him in to their home to their country. And you know he went on to speak to dignitaries.
What started it was in 1918 there was a big talk with the Congress. That’s right he spoke to the Congress and Brahma speaking.
The only brown guy in the room.
And he spoke to Congress benches with the president and then he you go from Boston to Los Angeles where he opened South self-flagellation fellowship and you know and that’s all in the documentary an autobiography came out in 1946 and changed so many lives and still does. And you know people like Elvis Presley and George Harrison and Madonna and J all these people.
All have taken or read the book or taken teachings. Spiritual healer like Deepak Chopra Wayne Dyer a very dear dear person to me was a disciple of you’re going on this work as well and so forth. It’s not about the names as much as how many millions of people he is affected if it wasn’t for Parmesan So you went on that there wouldn’t be all that as we have it today especially now with mindfulness meditation. That’s what he brought to the west side. And so that’s. Where I find the blessing for me. I’m so proud to be part of the village and really my mission is to really help open people’s hearts themselves and continue in passing this work that he brought. And just to inspire Powerglide people to really see themselves really did reach the highest potential I am just like you. All equal I believe in oneness. I believe that you are me and I am you and we’re all trying to do the best we can to help raise really ultimately help raise them by the world where we’re all celebrating right.
So not trapped in trapped self and trapped in life like he it sometimes appears or feels like we are where we don’t really have any control of our own destiny where there are borders and there are. In closing it’s right they’re closing in on us because you know that’s how I can feel at times really get really wound up. You mentioned today when we were in session just how shallow my breathing was how tight my chest was. And it was unbelievable how my chest opened up and how I was able to breathe deep with without any restrictions. You know where I was sitting down and you were going through you know all those different things to do with me and my feet were very light when when I first started like I wasn’t grounded to the earth you know right afterwards though I felt like I had cement blocks on my feet. It was it was a really incredible feeling of feeling grounded right feeling safe feeling secure. That’s really what that represented for him.
Yeah. I mean you know all these sessions can be very powerful if you are open to it. You know it’s really about the person being totally open to something that’s not normally seen. Now what we’re doing is we’re raising the vibration if you will we are trying to take all these seven chakras. And there’s actually many more than that but we deal with the main seven choppers and what we’re doing is taking the blocks out of each Shakara to help you actually three to come in. To who you are. And this is where the reflection comes in because often when we’re doing yoga meditation Chris we’re trying to raise the raise the energy the life force within our spine all the way up with out any kind of blockages. Right
now these blockages I have to tell our friends here. You said that it’s sort of like the Pez dispenser. So Candy is one you said Rock hard to lay here. OK. Of all of our past experiences including resentments and guilt and shame and what not that you can peel back sort of the nouns you peeling back the onion you know getting to the core you call my core the nucleus which you know being sort of a science guy I really liked that because you know that’s the center that’s that’s really where you know everything has gravitational pull towards it. And that’s where you want to be. That’s a good place a safe place to be I feel right because I keep everything in your life or in an organized and straight.
Absolutely because I also use the analogy of a top from the top and we’re little kids. Yes. Yes. There’s this thing metal thing that goes in the room and that top is spinning the outside. Right. If you were on the outside if you’re living on the outside in this world and you’re spinning with that then you’re going to be out of control because somebody else is deciding. I see your movement right. So somebody else is playing Simon. Science says science is do this and do that that’s how we’re kind of living our lives is what Simon wants us to do and spending and spending and spending. So if you. Allow yourself to get balanced if you allow yourself to go inside the fulcrum is where you won’t be spinning. The album will world will be spinning but you won’t be on. OK. So that’s why we do meditation that’s why we do yoga. That’s when you contemplate the eight limbs. Yoga is what you know was an incredible gift to us because no matter what religion you look at you still come back to those a basic lives. Everyone wants to be like everybody wants to feel freedom and joy and peace and a band if you would say my favorite word serenity.
Yes. Like your tempted to say so forget the serenity prayer on my forearm year which was a revelation because you asked me a question. We finally hooked up. Since I lost him I was in L.A. was in January so it was really cool to find out that you were here in Toronto and you asked me the question you know sort of what is the meaning of life or what’s the meaning of your life. It’s like like why are you doing what you do. Why is it so important for you and you always has the right questions so I had to contemplate on that. And I must have meditated on it for about an hour just this past weekend and it was it was so ironic like like things are in life and the message when I asked for it was look down at your arm. Its been there all along. Yeah that’s that’s really what you’re here to do. That that’s that’s the message you need to bring to others because that’s the message that that you’re trying to understand and evolve into yourself. That’s when you need to share that with other people and just think case should forget it’s had to go Iraq.
Yeah. And you know the question.
That comes to you right now as we’re speaking that is who are doing what you’re doing for him and are you including yourself. In. That. Max who are you doing it for. Is it really coming from you in Europe from your authentic self or are you doing this thing for others to look good. Where do these nice clothes. Or do whatever job or is it that you do this or your mother says you’ve got to get to make a living.
Who are you doing what you’re doing for. And then why are you doing it.
And are you doing yourself. It’s so important to know that because if you’re not included you’re going to have resentment you’re going to hattery you’re going to have shame when you’re not meeting other people’s expectations whatever it is.
That you are holding back which is naturally inside you is going to cause pain.
Because your spirit really wants to fulfill the mission the purpose that it’s here to fulfill.
But it also needs to be fed as well. That’s right.
And that was really interesting. You know we were sitting down in front of some questionable goodies at wrong the table. I don’t think they were included in whose diet. Yeah. You said listen you know here is whatever those goodies were. We can’t tell and they don’t have one and we have one too. And that that was an interesting analogy where yeah we do need to feed ourselves so whenever we feed others we also have to consider ourselves and feeding ourselves as well. We just want to get here and here. Right. And I think we’re taught to do that are we. Yes. You know and especially in our states you know being thought leaders being servants of people to help them transform your lives change your lives to end their suffering. You know we’re really taught to do over serve in maybe even underserved ourselves in the process.
Yeah. I mean especially in this part of the world I can say that in all Los Angeles people. It’s it’s it’s I think we’re in this Canadian culture especially in European culture if you will in culture Centra. It’s all about getting because just joining in. But what ends up happening is we create these codependent relationships and we’re always giving giving giving. And eventually we have these expectations receiving. And when it doesn’t happen we start to freak out and break apart and go get angry and get caught up actually because you’re not really speaking truth in your throat.
Yes sure that could also bring on a lot of feelings of insecurity. What we call scarcity the opposite of abundance and scarcity is is really a fear based feeling. And I think that like you were saying where you’re you’re over serving and under serving yourself not taking care of yourself essentially. And it’s so easy to get wound up and you don’t need to be in our space. Right. I think it’s pretty much any space even you know serving the company you work for to your manager or your coworkers whatever it is that you did so easy to have that imbalance. And in fact it’s a constant practice to keep that balance and to know what you know what works for you. Right. And keep working that in order to keep that balance. And that was a reminder for me today you know with the exception that we had sure that you know I was tilting the scales a little bit and I needed to level them off. Yeah.
And I don’t think that forced up though we found out is that your.
Wanting to help people so badly out of their way to becoming healthy. To feed what you know you just use the word fat. Just a moment ago one undersells really and you you helping people out ways is tremendous because I mean I can see you are passionate about helping others truly get to it. Well not only mentally physically emotionally spiritually as well. We are lying that way because that’s what I’m all about. It’s got to be a holistic approach right. The holistic approach is mental physical emotional spiritual. So like for instance in my practice I don’t just do energy energy work or insurgent work. I don’t just do mental work either which is talk therapies. You know I combine that too so that it affects the whole system which is emotional and. And physical. So I you know in looking at your book and reading your book I noticed that you kind of have that balance in there. And really from what I saw the session you’re so passionate about helping people I really wanting them to succeed. And and I want to thank you for that. You know it’s awesome that you’re doing this and I think that’s why we get along so well because our missions are pretty much the same that way. We truly want to help people.
And Kris because I really want to I really mean it.
I mean really the point of the book is because in fact I really want to get this message I think that what I experienced with you today and this is really the intention of being here with you today. You know what my session is over but I have a responsibility to share this with you what I experienced and you know I am the person that is practicing and preaching in a sense in sharing all of my spiritual healer experiences of cultic wasting energy restoring gowns and you know optimizing your health and keeping the weight off and all of these things. But I think that you know everyone needs someone like you that that has you know the interest the passion but also the the training and you’ve got a lot of lineage. You know what I mean beyond that the great grand grand nephew of Yolanda. I think that everybody needs someone like you to to say listen if you’re my navigator today essentially you you didn’t take the wheel but I think I felt your foot on the plate. You know to be you you had me answering the questions and making the navigational turns and whatnot. And speaking of that allows you to drive. You know what it felt like boom you’re finished. I felt this.
Hands off the wheel.
That’s honestly how it felt right. Yeah. And isn’t that said this that one knuckle You know you know and I can even feel that when I’m on my computer sometimes you know trying to control this big thing they called the Wed. Right. Yeah exactly.
So that’s surrender. That’s I’m not home for faith and trust right.
Because you walked into this plant that womb are slit. And you trust that process you came from the unknown into the unknown or came from sacred space and it came into this unknown. And guess what you’re here still.
You’ve made all those mistakes you may celebrate you had celebrations but you’re still here and you’re trusting because you don’t even know what’s going to happen tomorrow. You know what’s going to happen an hour from that. Right. But if you say that flow that’s been my challenge to be honest this has to be I’m learning the finesse of surrender then trusting and you know what I’m going to stop you there.
Yes. First of all I just want to finish what I started there. I’m giving away three copies of the song. Who says dying should soon be released. June 13th for anyone who shares this video again I feel responsible I want to get this message out. That’s the intention of you being here with me today for anyone else that that really wants to. Well I always call it how it’s an acronym to get honest to get open to get willing to to look at alternative ways of achieving what we all want. Which again is is this the state of peace. Contentedness I call it Serenity. There’s lots of different ways of looking at it the opposite. OK is chaos is is know non surrender is why not call on the steering wheel. So just to give you some analogies there so I think that anybody that is you know open and willing to this type of you know I don’t know if you would call it a treatment or or you know this type of education enlightenment is what it really means for me. Awareness awareness awareness. Thank you very much. It’s the be all and end all it’s the beginning of the end. That’s how I feel when it comes to awareness. And speaking of which you mentioned my favorite word in the English language which is called Surrender OK I guess it’s the most important thing we need to keep working at it because it’s a constant struggle as well. But let me ask you a question.
You know what have you struggled with what has been the biggest challenge that you’ve ever had to overcome in your life.
Wow see as a healer teacher student you know every single obstacle that I’ve had has really taught me something.
But about five years ago was when Excuse my French shit hit the fan and my dad was sick. Financial issues relationship issues personal health issues all. Happen. At the same time. And.
I’ll tell you.
It takes perseverance it takes focus.
No Surrender to really wake up to who I am and above all love. Of love.
And so when all that at the same time you don’t feel worthy of anything. You know you don’t want to live with that space. I went to that very space a lot of people go to wait there is this sense of being here it just doesn’t matter.
So I guess my greatest achievement thus far was I was able to come out of the understanding and learn.
So you know I’m a teacher. Of experience. I’ve read hundreds and thousands of books to be honest you know and everybody has a different interpretation just like yours does. You know which is great. What we need to do. But it’s all about the experience. How do you apply the wisdom that’s there. It’s really there. You just get to find it for yourself. So my greatest achievement was to come out of that space.
Realizing my truth and who landed what I have to offer because I can talk about all the clients that I’ve had the cancer people brain tumors all that stuff or relationship issues or personal depression I’ve help all kinds. But if it wasn’t for the work that I’ve done thus far and understanding what life really is about for me.
I couldn’t help serving those people. And you mentioned something that is of much interest to me. Self-forgiveness self.
Self-compassion no. When I’m working with clients I see the lack of all three of those. And that seems to be a real hurdle and it appears to me that in our society that sometimes the attributes of others like compassion to others seems to precede compassion love and surrender and acceptance and in all of those things to self.
Right. Yeah. Because we want those things from others we want to be bad.
We want to be right. But in order to receive that if you really believe in the universal laws of law about aggression the law of attraction etc. you have to be that good attract.
- So if you want compassion in your life you have to be compassionate. If you want to have love in your life you have mother.
If you want truth speak truth. So you have to be saved. So you know I need to be in love with myself knowing that I need to be compassionate with myself. That’s
And crying all those great things because then I become those things.
And then I retract that because again it’s all energy. Everything in this room is energy. We are energy secure planted in the physical laws of the universe. You have a better shot at getting to where you want to go because you’ve got to match the vibrational frequency of whatever you want. Mm hmm. And most of the time we are playing small. We are apologizing. We don’t believe what we’re saying what we want. We are not really reducing our weight or looking healthy anyway. It’s not about the weight as much as being feeling healthy or getting whatever it is that you desire. So again we have to recognize become aware that’s what the healing is all about. Become aware and that’s how you heal people. What is getting in the way of you actually becoming that frequency that vibration that is generally within you to be able to match and bring into your world that very thing that you dream.
I just have this image of homeless you know when I direct that love that compassion towards myself. And then you know I just become this magnet.
I become whole I become I come become bigger than me know bigger than life. And then to you know attract all these other things and to also to give all these other things that I’m giving myself to be compassionate.
You know with my children and me with my employees and with my friends and my family my loved ones and really surrendering to them.
That’s your word in surrendering to them.
You are taking on their vibration to understand who they are feeling their love. That’s what openhearted means is to really allow and trust and surrender to whatever it is in front of you whether it’s your partner your marriage your husband wife kids whether it’s your teachers whether it’s your coaches whether it’s the guy at the grocery store.
We can stop judging because you know what’s happening right now in judgment is really no world. It’s not just me it’s the Muslims the Greeks whatever. It doesn’t matter what it is. It’s the judgment of self. And if we can look at where we’re judging ourselves and we feel better by degrees she goes up so the people around us. The law of aggression. And my hope is that we can all live this consciousness to a higher level where I can respect. That’s all we’re looking for. I respect you for who you are and what you’re going through and if you need my help I’m here.
That’s the compassion.
Now that’s a bit of a paradox because you know I would think naturally speaking that if I’m looking for you know all of those things to to gratify myself with it’s acceptance from other people etc. that I’m thinking that I need to go out there and get it in the form of you know people and their opinions of me or other forms of you know of luxury for example the cars the houses the clothes whatever it is. But you know from what you’re telling me and from you know we’re we reconnect wrong the same page. You know it’s all within us and we need to turn our attention and our focus and our awareness on to self and in that. OK. That that’s really where the healing will begin. Right. And that’s where we’ll get to that state that we’re all desiring. Hey everything’s going to be OK today.
Right. And we all want the freedom to be who we are. Bottom line when you’re a kid you do whatever you wanted to do. You know we told you how to do it.
But my daughter. So she is a great one and I agreed to wish she was in grade one was not a candidate but she wore this. I guess it was like a headband with two Canadian flakes hanging off of it. OK she says she rushed out the door she had on her head. And I said OK you know today is Canada Day I guess right. But I thought that was so cool that you know she was able to do that. Not for Judge. You know I guess if she went into our world she’d look a little ridiculous and I gave her a pat on the back and a big hug because I thought that was just amazing that you know she was willing to express herself in a way that made you look silly in the adult world.
Yeah. I mean that’s amazing. That’s how we all should be. You know I think we would appreciate life more. We will always be in wonder.
So we’re going to be giving away some head and pay for Canada Day.

But one thing that tell the leaders of our world especially the business let’s not talk about the political leaders because no we don’t know that.
But you look at some of the major corporations and the leaders that run them. And one message said Remember I’m a person that I’ve worked with. So you have to be a little crazy in order. You have to be a little crazy to see beyond what people are seeing as norm. You have to think outside the box. So being crazy gives you the permission to really be Albert Einstein.
Mm hmm. Can I just add this. I think you might think you need to be crazy to take care of yourself right.
To become self aware and to start looking at things like your emotions and your health. And you know the way that you live your lifestyle you know that might take a certain amount of craziness are OK to break the pattern set perhaps that you have with your life where all of the things that really aren’t important become most important to the point of an obsession or an addiction. Definitely ritual anyways. So a little bit of craziness I think is what we all need.
Yeah. And really craziness is happening in our own mind our ego is judging this. This is crazy. You want me do what Chris. That’s so crazy. Because I’m so bitch you all in the way that I do this the way I eat. So what I intake or or exercise crazy Chris. That’s what the ego is saying. But the reality is that craziness is what’s getting closer and closer to your authentic you.
And that’s just because you’re you’re spending time with yourself on yourself getting to know yourself.
